I like eating healthy food.  I enjoy the time I spend in the kitchen preparing meals. I find that its something to calm me down after a stressful day, though more and more I feel rushed in the kitchen. I need to take the time each day to take a step back to the basics of preparing healthy meals.

I’m starting this food blog after spending so much time reading other peoples and I think it may keep me more accountable.
